Your CloudJabber network is private to your center and can only be accessed by your center's employees, parents, and the CloudJabber Security team. Additional security features to further restrict access are available to authorized administrators of the network.
CloudJabber does not own User Content. Access to our database is granted only to members of our technical staff on a case-by-case basis to troubleshoot specific technical issues, or as may be required by law. Each such instance is logged.
CloudJabber keeps your center's data safe and secure using state of the art technology.
Your data is secure on our servers, which are hosted in a secured environment behind an advanced firewall. Our staff and administrators can only access our servers through our secured connection, and only using proven, encrypted protocols such as SSH. Security checks exist in the lowest levels of the application to prevent your data from being viewed by any users of the system other than registered, authenticated members of your network.
